Proof, not promises
One room, both photos, side by side
This is the whole product in one picture pair: the original photo, and the staged version returned beside it. The original always travels with the staged photo — on this page, and in every delivery.
Original — untouched
Virtually Staged
Sample pair. This room is our own capability test, staged from a vacant-room test photo to show the deliverable format. It is not client work, and no listing is attached to it. Every staged photo we deliver is overlay-checked against its original before it ships: if the architecture has moved, the photo does not go out.
How it works
Three steps, all by email
You send the photos
Email the originals, full size, to hello@sofritostudio.com. Vacant and nearly empty rooms stage best.
We stage and check
Each room is staged, then overlay-checked against the original — walls, windows, floors, and fixtures must line up — and labeled “Virtually Staged” for your MLS.
Back in 24 hours
Within 24 hours of receiving usable photos, you get the staged photos, the untouched originals beside them, and a disclosure line for your remarks.

The honest comparison
- Physical staging: about $1,500 median per home.
- Human staging services: $16–$37 a photo.
- AI staging apps: under $5 a photo — and you check every image yourself.
Sources: National Association of Realtors, 2025 (physical staging median); provider comparison guides checked October 2026 (service and app prices).
Our price is not the lowest on that list. What it buys is a person checking every photo — and handling the disclosure the cheap options leave to you.

The part most services bury
Disclosure handled your MLS’s way
Every staged photo leaves here with three things: the “Virtually Staged” label on the image, a disclosure line for your listing remarks, and the original photo kept beside the staged one.
Boards write this rule differently — Arizona’s ARMLS has its own rule for digitally altered images, California covers it in state law, and your board has its own text. We confirm your board’s current rule before your order ships, not after.
The trust block
What we never do
Published refusals. If a photo needs one of these to work, it is not staging — it is fiction, and we do not ship fiction.
- Move, remove, or resize a wall, window, door, floor, or fixture.
- Hide a defect — a stain, a crack, damage of any kind.
- Invent a feature, or a view, that the home does not have.
- Add people or animals.
Questions
Asked by agents, answered straight
How much does virtual staging cost at Impossible Interiors?
$25 for a single photo, or $125 for a five-photo listing. Your first photo is free on engagement. There is no subscription, no minimum order, and no hidden fees — the price on this page is the price.
What does “first photo free on engagement” mean?
When you engage us on a listing — you send us that listing’s photos to stage — the first photo is staged free. It comes back exactly like a paid photo: overlay-checked against the original, labeled “Virtually Staged,” and returned with the original beside it.
How fast will I get my photos back?
Within 24 hours from receipt of usable photos. Usable means the original files at full size. If a photo will not stage cleanly, we tell you up front instead of quietly shipping a bad job.
Is virtual staging allowed on my MLS?
Yes, when it is disclosed the way your board requires. Boards generally require three things: a “Virtually Staged” label on the image, a disclosure in the listing remarks, and the original photo kept with the staged one. We build all three into every delivery, and we confirm your board’s current rule before your order ships. See the disclosure guide.
What photos should I send?
The originals, full size, of vacant or nearly empty rooms. Straight-on shots in daylight stage best. Send JPG or PNG files by email — no resizing, no filters. If a room is already fully furnished, virtual staging usually is not the right tool, and we will say so.
Do I need an account or software?
No. Everything moves by email. You send photos to hello@sofritostudio.com, and we send back the staged photos, the untouched originals beside them, and a disclosure line ready to paste into your listing remarks.
What if I want something changed?
Email us. A different furniture style, a warmer tone, a simpler layout — those are staging choices, and we can redo them. What never changes, in any round, is the room itself: walls, windows, floors, and fixtures stay exactly as photographed.
Send your emptiest listing.
Email the photos. The first photo is free on engagement, the rest are $25 each, and everything comes back within 24 hours — labeled, checked, originals included.
